•    Multiple dates, times and locations from October 5 – 30, 2009
•    Call 314-TOP-DOCS, 314-542-WEST or 314-454-KIDS and press the auto attendant option for dates, times and locations.

Missouri Baptist Medical Center
•    Registration requested through the call center
•    Adult vaccinations only (18 years and up)
•    October 20, 24 and 27, 2009
•    Three locations
•    Call 314-996-LIFE for dates, times and locations.

Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital
•    Registration requested through the call center
•    Adult vaccinations only (18 years and up)
•    October 9 and 13, 2009
