BOOT CAMP FOR DRUGGIES

The one thing the Government could do to help the Private Hospitals is to begin a Boot Camp for Druggies. Druggies are the patients that never get well as they are always "in pain". I think once a patient under the age of 40 years old has been determined to be a chronic seeker of pain medication, he should be packed off to Boot Camp for a year. Face it, we all had to grow up and stop sucking our thumb at some point in Life and to me, the Government could be a big help in providing help in this area. Yes, sympathy were sympathy is due, but when it becomes a userous thing, it is useless.
