Because BJC is focused on the MO/So IL market, how do we take the “best of medicine from all over the world” and make it available to people in rural areas not served by one of our facilities? Aren’t there ways to deliver these needed services to people remotely? And wouldn’t that help those who do live in one of the markets we serve but they can’t easily get to one of our facilities?

Thank you for using the phrase "make medicine better" instead of "improve healthcare". What a refreshing difference. Another refreshing approach is to discuss insurance reform instead of healthcare reform. People typically think their healthcare is fine. They don't necessarily think their insurance company is fine. Develop and institute reform in the insurance industry, increase competition in that business, and necessary changes in the delivery of "medicine" will follow.
