LEADERSHIP THRU SPORTMANSHIP

I would like to see Universal Training for all floor level Managers System Wide. That is to say, that they are all trained the same in basics like issues of what is or is not legal to do with an Employee but more importantly that they are trained to be excellent "Micro-Managers". If anyone ever studied the purpose and function of a Football Quarterback he would know that #1 The Quarterback is always on the field with his players and #2 He has excellent Time Management skills and #3 He practices Productive Thinking (he knows what play to call next to get the job done) A Leader such as Brett Farve is no accident as He #1 Loves the Game #2 Learns from his mistakes to the point where he seldom makes one anymore. Universal Management Training to me, would be a highly productive Goal. Thank you
