I been comming to THE CAM building (7th flooe) 27 mounth now and the cost of parking is outragous, 1.50 for an hour! Then if the DR. or lab is delaid on seeing you or they add more test to your day that just make much worse sure if you get treatment you get 100% off or see the DR. 50% off but when you are fixed income & at the end of the month when your broke. How are we expected to get better if i can’t pay for parking, if you stay in hospital and park 15.00 a day what??? pleas address this problem, .50 to 75 an hour fine and with bjc cutting back and depersonialsing the service for parking. adding the paystations that most of the people cant not work,or dont ubderstand the process to pay and let the next person line get to the machine. bjc need at leae one (but two more would br nice) more in the loby of the cam building that would be nice. there and one @ exit and the charging system should be 1/4 hour instead a whole hour if you go over 16 min get charge for an hour.
Thank you.

Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to post your situation on Make Medicine Better.org. We're sorry you've experienced frustration with our parking facilities on campus. We appreciate this type of feedback related to how we service our patients, and how we might improve on those services.

At Barnes-Jewish Hospital we have patient advocates who are here to listen and respond to questions, comments or concerns about your hospital stay. I would encourage you to contact one of our patient advocates at 314-362-5196. By understanding how your experience fell short, we can make sure we take steps to improve the patient experience for everyone.

Warmly,
Kristin Hall
