Streamline the question asking process

Why can’t a hospital ask you a set of questions one time and be done instead of having 3 different people ask for your insurance

Sometimes I feel like they care more about my insurance than my health. I understand that they need this info and need to get paid, but when someone is in need of a doctor, that is their primary concern right?
