VIRTUE IS ITS OWN REWARD

As long as this is a Blog Line and directed toward Health Issues, I would like to share my thoughts for having a happy Life at home and a productive Life on the Job. I believe in Virtue, that said, take out a totally blank sheet of paper and do this little exercise. List every Virtue you can think of on the paper. You should come up with at least fifteen or hopefully more, don’t forget Thrift, Resiliency and Application. Once you have listed every Virtue, you should feel better already but just in case you don’t, discuss what is or is not a Virtue with your best friend/relative. Once you have a complete list, focus on one of the Virtues every day and see if your Life doesn’t improve. Your Life will improve because your PERSPECTIVE will have improved. After all, Virtue is its own reward.
