As a respiratory therapist, Victor has seen to it that my brother remain upbeat after 63 days in the PICRU in the 8900 floor. Dave has had some other terrific nurses, technician and therapist that I plan on nominating later as well. Victor gets Dave’s attention and obedience when doing therapy. Our family is grateful for Victor’s cheerful demeanor, professional approach and encouraging words and actions that have helped Dave throughout this terrible ordeal.

Victor is amazing! He has such a special way with Dave and just lights up the room when he walks in. Dave has had many ups and downs, and Victor has worked really hard to find creative ways to keep him going when times were roughest. Sometimes, one person can make medicine better just by spending extra time and paying special attention to a patient when he needs it most. Victor will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you, Victor!

Victor was my life-line for the 3 1/2 months I spent in the PICRU.He kept me physically and emotionally stable, until I could get a transplant. A true hero.
